Fuck this noise.My system sounds and sounds on other various applications work just fine, but not Flash.
What I have done to attempt to fix the problem:
**Installed latest version of Flash.
**Checked the volume mixer to make sure everything is un-muted.
**Ensured the msacm32.drv audio driver exists.
**Checked the wavemapper registry to make sure it's pointed at the msacm32.drv driver.
**Downloaded the K-Lite Codec Tweak Tool, ridded my system of the broken codecs/files.
**Used CCleaner to clean out old, broken Flash cache.
What I haven't done (yet):
**Uninstalled Skype (which I've been told can "hijack" a system's audio)
**Thrown Blossom out the window for having this shitty realtek audio card.
Can ANYONE out there help me?

Hmm. Okay, what I did (hopefully you're using Vista cos I can't remember a thing about XP) is go to the control panel, and then click on Sound. Then on the playback devices tab, select your speakers, then click the properties button.
Then, there should be a section saying "Controller information" and it should say something about your Realtek audio. Click the properties button there.
Then, click on the driver tab. If your driver's already up-to-date, the "update driver" button will probably be greyed out like mine is.
Maybe you could go to Realtek's site and see if they have the latest drivers available and download them, and overwrite your current one.
Vista automagically updates my drivers so I don't have to worry about anything... of course until I need to reinstall one LOL. I'd suggest trying to uninstall Skype first, though, since it sounds like that may be your problem. It's a good thing I found out about this cos my mum was pushing me to dl Skype and I didn't want to. XD
